Gearing up for ARLA 2009

The RentPro team are making their final preparations for the ARLA 2009 Conference & Exhibition. How do you manage rent arrears?

The Independent newspaper recently reported that the current volatility of the economy has both advantages and disadvantages for landlords and letting agents. On the plus side, interest rates are dropping sharply providing relief to landlords, and letting agents are reporting an increase in both the supply of, and demand for, rental properties.
