RentPro Control Panel

Your RentPro instance was upgraded last night. Much of the new functionality is only applicable to our RentPro Max subscribers, but all RentPro users will notice some changes.

User account access levels

The existing set of user account types (Admin, System and Landlord) have been replaced with the following:

• Agency Manager - Access to all RentPro features
• Staff - No access to Control Panel; no ability to add and modify bank accounts; no ability to delete landlords and properties; excluded from management and maintenance revenue reports
• Landlord - Largely read-only capabilities. View restricted to properties owned by the landlord instance

User accounts can be created and modified in the Control Panel found within the Admin area of RentPro.

Agency Details

You now have the ability to manage the contact details associated with your letting agency. Again this feature is accessed via the Control Panel. In addition to managing address details, phone numbers etc., the ability now exists to upload a custom header to be used in printable reports and emails. Printable reports and emails can be configured independently with options existing to have a textual, blank or custom header.

As RentPro evolves, new capabilities are added to the product's already comprehensive feature set. Although all the features and functionality of the product are documented online, an onsite, hands-on training session is often invaluable to enable customers to hit the ground running.
