Joint Tenancies
It is now possible within RentPro to associate multiple tenants with a single tenancy. The process of creating a tenancy is unchanged whereby a single, possibly lead, tenant is specified when creating the tenancy instance. Additional tenants can subsequently be added by editing the tenancy instance and supplying the relevant data in the "Additional Tenants" area of the Tenancies form.
Additional Landlord Names
Landlords within RentPro must be classified either as an individual or a company. However, it could be the case that a landlord instance is in fact two or more individuals. To cater for this, the landlord entity within RentPro has been enhanced to allow the definition of additional landlord names.
The landlord creation process remains unchanged. If the landlord instance is not a company then a single individual name must be specified. It is possible to add additional names to this landlord instance by editing the landlord and supplying the relevant data in the "Additional Landlord Names" area of the Landlord Details form.
Note that RentPro caters for the situation whereby a landlord may own one or more properties as an individual, and one or more properties with other individuals.
As RentPro evolves, new capabilities are added to the product's already comprehensive feature set. Although all the features and functionality of the product are documented online, an onsite, hands-on training session is often invaluable to enable customers to hit the ground running.
Our half-day and full-day training packages allow you to explore the full potential of the product, and to address specific questions relating to your own unique way of conducting your property letting business. Find out more...
