New Trouble Ticket Features

Priority

All trouble tickets will now have an associated priority: High, Normal or Low. The default value when raising a new trouble ticket is Normal. This same value has been applied to all existing trouble tickets.

 

Description

It is now possible to add multiple descriptive notes to a trouble ticket. This is a useful addition to assist in progress tracking of an outstanding repair. Each note added to a trouble ticket will be labelled with the date and time at which it was added along with the username of the RentPro user that added the note.
 


Export Facility

RentPro data can now be exported in CSV (Comma Separated Variable). This new feature allows you to analyse your RentPro information in a 3rd party application such as Microsoft Excel. It can be accessed via the Admin area of RentPro.


New Alert Panel

Each RentPro instance features four alert panels in the Dashboard area which detail such information as overdue rents, expired tenancies, overdue property inspections, etc. A new alert panel is now available which provides a summary of the following:

 

  • Number of overdue rents
  • Number of expired tenancies
  • Number of overdue trouble tickets
  • Number of open trouble tickets
  • Number of overdue property inspections
  • Number of overdue safety checks
     

Please contact the RentPro support team ( support@rentpro.co.uk ) should you wish to have this alert panel included in your RentPro instance.
 


Tenant Statement

A tenant statement is now available which will detail the following information for a selected tenant instance:

 

  • Security Deposits received
  • Security Deposits returned
  • Fees / Fines applied
  • Fees / Fines paid
     

This new report is available via the Reports -> Tenant menu item.
