 Support Arrangements
As part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with a comprehensive lettings management solution, backed up by an excellent support service, we have introduced a new support facility within RentPro. This will ensure that we process your RentPro support requests as quickly and efficiently as possible. Upon logging in to RentPro you will find a new “Support” link located in the upper right area of the RentPro application (v2.0 only). Clicking on this link will display a blank email pre-addressed to our support team.
The support process is as follows:
- If your query is in relation to RentPro functionality then please consult the RentPro user manual in the first instance.
- If your query remains unresolved then submit a support request using the mechanism detailed above. Queries in relation to use of the RentPro application will be answered free of charge as per the terms of your RentPro subscription. We do however reserve the right to apply charges where the issue is in relation to data entry issues.
