The RentPro team are continually striving to make our software even better. The latest release of RentPro includes two new features to help improve productivity within your letting agency. Full details of the latest RentPro release can be found here. Increasingly, rent payments, either directly from tenants or from housing benefit authorities are received electronically, e.g. by standing order or BACS. A new 'Bulk Transactions' feature has been introduced into the Bank area of RentPro to allow the posting of such payments in bulk. To utilise this facility you should update relevant tenancies to specify that payments will be received automatically. A full description of these new fields is given in the tenancy section of the online user manual, whereas a new section has been added to describe the bulk transaction feature. Emailing of Property Inspections Within the property view it is now possible to email details of property inspections to any specified address. Within the Inspections tab simply click on the mail icon of the property inspection and supply the desired email recipient.
